Our Story
Kope Services started the same way a lot of small businesses do, with a simple idea and a willingness to work hard.
Warren Koppenhafer, originally from Pinedale, Wyoming, moved here in 2018 with a big idea and an even bigger heart. He started Kope Services while stepping into a new role as a family man, building both a business and a life alongside Kristen and her two kids.
What started as exterior cleaning quickly grew into something more. The business expanded into a full-service drive through truck and car wash, and later shifted into mobile fleet washing to better serve local companies.
Kristen helped turn that early momentum into something lasting. Together, they built Kope Services from the ground up, figuring things out as they went, putting in long days, and doing whatever it took to get the job done right.
Like a lot of small businesses, Kope Services got tested early. The company pushed through the uncertainty of the COVID 19 pandemic and came out stronger on the other side, thanks to hard work, loyal customers, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Today, Kope Services focuses on exterior cleaning for both residential and commercial clients, along with mobile fleet washing for several large trucking and fleet companies. Since 2024, the company has also added hassle free Christmas light installation services.
They truly enjoy being part of the community. You will see them every year in the 4th of July parade, and they are always glad to support local youth sports teams. The Crescent Park Riverwalk Christmas light project in 2025 was a big moment, and one they are especially proud of.

Over time, the business has become a true family operation. Warren and Kristen got married, and Warren adopted both Jennifer and Timmy, who are now integral parts of the team.

Warren Koppenhafer | Founder, Kope Services
Warren is the founder of Kope Services and the one who got it all started. A native of Pinedale, Wyoming, he moved here in 2018 and built the business from the ground up alongside Kristen.
He takes a lot of pride in being a trusted part of the community and in the work Kope Services does for local homes and businesses. He is hands on, works hard, and cares about doing the job right.
One of the things he enjoys most is mentoring younger crew members. He takes pride in helping them learn a strong work ethic, real world skills, and what it means to take ownership of your work.
When he is not working, you will find him hunting, hiking, shooting his bow, or dialing in long range shots.
Kristen Koppenhafer | Kope Services
Kristen was born in Erie, PA and takes a lot of pride in running a local small business that serves the Warren community.
Her mindset is pretty simple. Do great work, take care of people, and build something that lasts.
With a background in sales, customer service, and wildlife biology, she brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to getting the job done right and making sure customers have a good experience from start to finish.
She has proudly served on the Board of Commissioners for the Pennsylvania Game Commission since 2019.
When she is not working, you will find her hunting, gardening, or spending time outdoors whenever she can.
